Costco Locations and Hours

The national schedule on our Costco hours page holds for the large majority of warehouses, but no single table can cover every site in the country. Here is how to get the exact hours for your store in under a minute, and the regional quirks worth knowing.

The fastest way to check any warehouse

1. The Costco app. Set your home warehouse once and the app shows that location’s current hours, including the pharmacy, gas station and tire center, on the front screen.
2. The warehouse page on costco.com. Search your city, open the location and you get four separate hour blocks: Executive member hours, Gold Star and Business member hours, gas hours and pharmacy hours.
3. Google Maps. Fast and usually right, but it shows a single set of hours and does not distinguish Executive access, so treat it as a rough answer.
4. Call the warehouse. Every location has a direct number and most have a recorded message with the current hours before you reach a person.

Where hours differ from the national pattern

• Mall-attached warehouses. Sites inside a shopping center are often bound by the mall’s reduced hours, which can mean a later opening or an earlier Sunday close.
• Dense urban locations. City warehouses in places like Manhattan or downtown Seattle sometimes open earlier to spread out foot traffic.
• Business Centers. These are a different format aimed at restaurants and small businesses. They open early, around 7:00 AM, close by 6:00 PM and are shut on Sunday. Do not use the standard table for them.
• States with restricted Sunday trading. A small number of states and counties limit Sunday retail hours, which pushes the opening or closing time.
• Hawaii and Alaska. Both run schedules a little different from the mainland pattern, so check locally.

A note on Executive member hours

Most warehouses now let Executive members in an hour before everyone else, at 9:00 AM. Each warehouse applies it on its own schedule though, so two stores in the same metro can differ. The warehouse page on costco.com lists Executive hours separately when they apply, which is the only reliable way to confirm it.

Planning a first visit

If you are driving to a warehouse you have not used before, do three things. Confirm the hours on the location’s own page rather than a third party listing. Check whether it has the department you need, because not every site has a gas station, pharmacy or tire center. And avoid the first weekend after a holiday closure, when the whole neighborhood arrives at once.
